Christmas 2018 - Concert timings and Dates
Friday 14th - 7.00 pm “Dress” rehearsal - Stonefields School 81 Tihi Street (No need to wear your concert outfit to this rehearsal). We’ll finish as close to 9.30pm as we can.
Saturday 15th - Concert day schedule
Dress code - Black with some tinsel - no antlers or headwear
1.30pm: We will need a set-up team to help bring the risers onto the stage.
2pm: VCCV and SFX on the stage (please arrive warmed up)
2.10pm: Everybody else (except Hobsonville) should be in the auditorium, ready to sing. Please come in quietly so as not to disturb those already rehearsing.
3.00pm: Hobsonville please be in the auditorium, warmed up and ready to join in when called to the stage.
There will be very short breaks during the afternoon (while individual choirs are rehearsing) when you will be able to eat snacks, but I suggest nothing too sugary, and please bring water to drink (you can’t take bottles onstage).
There will only be a short break of 25 minutes between the rehearsal and the concert, so please arrive dressed, made up and ready.

There are 3 carparks off Howe Street.
Gate 4 entrance: THIS IS THE MAIN CARPARK WHICH YOU SHOULD USE. It is a short distance to walk up the hill to Gate 2. If you have any mobility issues and can’t be dropped at the main entrance, talk to us about using the Gate 3 parking.
Gate 3 entrance: These spaces will be allocated for set-up team and those with limited mobility, so please only use these if you have checked with us first.
Gate 2 entrance: Please do not use this carpark except to drop off passengers, and then take your car for parking down to Gate 4
