On Sunday 9 November over 250 passionate singers will fill Auckland’s historic Town Hall with a dynamic setlist of around 30 songs —all performed in lush four-to-six-part harmony. 

Founded in 2022 by composer and conductor Kate Bell, All Together Now now runs seven non-auditioned choirs across Auckland and Taupō. With over 450 members ranging from first-time singers to seasoned performers, the choirs rehearse weekly under the guidance of professional conductors — Kate, and colleagues Steven Rapana and Megan Flint - offering an opportunity for people of all abilities and musical backgrounds to share in the joy of singing.

Our ethos is simple – learning to sing well together builds connection and community. We are all working hard to create a concert that demonstrates the power and beauty of group singing and shares our values with our community of Tāmaki Makaurau, while helping the Mission do its life-changing work.

• A vibrant and uplifting musical journey – enjoy a joyful blend of pop, gospel, waiata Māori, folk, original arrangements, and festive favourites! 
• The programme features fresh takes on Kiwi classics like Pepeha (Six60) and Welcome Home (Dave Dobbyn), soulful 60s tributes like Pata Pata (Miriam Makeba) and People Get Ready (The Impressions), and beloved waiata such as Te Aroha and Nau Mai – plus plenty more surprises! 
• Refreshments will be available at the Town Hall bar an hour before the concert and during a short interval – with many delicious dining options just a stone’s throw away from the venue.   
• Great for friends and family – this is the perfect event to celebrate the joy of singing, community, and giving to a great cause, with your friends and whānau. Due to the length of the performance, we suggest that it is not suitable for young children.

Every cent of profit from the All Together Now Mixtape for the Mission concert will help Auckland City Mission – Te Tāpui Atawhai provide food, housing and vital support to Aucklanders who are experiencing poverty, homelessness and hardship.
