All Together Now singing opportunities for 2026

This year we are offering more choices than ever before, in our quest to provide choirs that meet a range of singers' needs. For the first time, we will offer the new concept, Singing Club, and we are opening our Project Choir - a semi-professional performance ensemble - to experienced members of our main Concert Choirs.

Concert Choirs:

These choirs are currently all located in Auckland, and are so named because they are the choirs that provide the main performance opportunites for those who would like to participate in our concerts or other more formal performances. Whilst performance is never mandatory, our expectation is that members of these choirs will prepare to sing the entire concert in the Town Hall on Saturday 21 November.

Auckland Central, Grey Lynn:

Auckland East:

Venue: Edgewater College Hall, 32 Edgewater Drive, Pakuranga (Carpark adjacent to the hall entrance)

Hobsonville:

Venue: Sunderland Lounge (Main Hall), Cinema Road, Hobsonville Point
Time: Thursday 7.15pm to 9.15pm

Owairaka:

Venue: Main Hall, Grey Lynn Community Centre, 510 Richmond Road, Grey Lynn
Time: Tuesday 7.15pm to 9.15pm

garden Choirs:

Named after the Garden Room, in which these choirs meet, our Garden Choirs provide an opportunity for those who would like to perform but, for whatever reason, prefer a slower pace and less pressure. As with the Concert Choirs, performance is never mandatory, but our expectation is that members of the Garden Choirs will sing the second half only of the Town Hall Concert on 21 November.

Singing Club (Just for Joy):

New for 2026, Singing Club is for people who would love to sing with a group and have expert singing tuition, but can't commit to coming along every week and preparing for performances. We think it'll be a great way to test the water a little and see if singing is for you!
